Frequently Asked Questions

Are pets allowed? We allow cats and other small animals, with prior authorization. Dogs are not permitted.
How many occupants are allowed per apartment? In the studio/efficiency apartments, up to 2 occupants are permitted; in the 2 bedroom apartment, 3 occupants; in the 3 bedroom apartment, 4 occupants. In the guest rooms, additional occupants may be allowed with prior authorization.
Do we allow subletting? Yes, for a fee.
Is parking available? We offer several reserved parking spaces for a monthly fee. Street parking is also available in the neighborhood with a residential parking permit from Baltimore City.
Does the apartment include a washer and dryer? The apartments do not include a washer and dryer, however, there is a laundry room available on the ground floor of the building.
Is the rent prorated for the first and last months? The rent is prorated based on the following calculation: Monthly rent ÷ 30 days x total number of days stayed during that month.
Do we allow walk-in appointments? Unfortunately, we do not allow walk-ins. An appointment is required ahead of time to view an apartment or sign a lease to move in.
